Pricing Packages
At BIG Agent, we offer a distinctive sponsorship model where real estate agents to use our comprehensive transaction management platform, allowing agents to operate without incurring direct expenses. In this arrangement, loan officers and lenders act as sponsors, enabling them to purchase consumer data generated through the agents’ activities, which is vital for enhancing their services. Once a sponsorship agreement is finalized and we receive the necessary lender contacts, the typical setup time for activating an agent’s account is approximately 72 hours. Additionally, agents are required to enter into an information-sharing agreement with Mortgage Automation Technologies. This agreement permits the sharing of data with the sponsoring lender, contingent upon consumer approval, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and respecting consumer preferences. This model benefits all parties involved: agents gain access to advanced tools at no direct cost, lenders acquire valuable insights, and consumers enjoy smoother, more efficient transactions.

The activation fee applies per initial Broker or Agent joining The BIG Agent platform. This fee includes technical support for setting up the first set of agent profiles and branding in each agent/brokerages brand and logo. Agreement Disclaimer: Please note that all agreements are effective for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
